Delivery (within 25 miles) and Installation are Included in the pricing of this item and details for delivery will be collected at checkout. If you add on additional items to this order delivery and install, select the “adding on to another delivery” option at checkout to avoid additional delivery and installation charges.
INSTALLATION
This service includes The Party Hero team setting up the rentals, unbagging of balloons, placement of bouquets, backdrop height adjustments, hanging or affixing of banners, decor and foil balloons and placement of floral arrangements if applicable. The Party Hero team will not move, install or set up any items not provided by Party Hero. All items must be removed from the desired install space prior to arrival.
DELIVERY
We operate on a first come, first served basis as time slots are limited.
Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 3 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled, and bagged, if applicable, by a Party Hero driver.
Delivery is available in Portland, OR and surrounding suburbs within 25 Miles. If Delivery is over 25 miles, the delivery will be subject to additional charges.
Deliveries can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.
Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled a minimum of 3 hours prior to the start of your event if possible. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame. If you need a specific delivery/installation time, this will be subject to additional fees upon confirmation.
A Party Hero Team Member will be in touch with you within 24 hours of submitting your request. In the rare event that Party Hero cannot accommodate the delivery/installation date/time, you will be refunded in full.
Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.
