How it works
DREAM
First, we have a consultation in person, video call or over the phone. Ideally, the consultation is at least four to six weeks before your party date. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the type of party you are hosting, guest count, venue, theme, vision, dreams, and event budget.
DESIGN
Once we have a sense of your vision for the party, we will come up with a design plan to give you a sense of how it will look (the Party Hero Lookbook).
The Party Hero Lookbook will also include a quote for our design services, decorations, vendors, and other materials.
We even include suggestions for getting the most out of your event planning budget.
Once we have your approval and a deposit in hand, we will source, order, and fabricate everything you need for the design.
We stay in touch until the party date to ensure any updates or details don’t get missed!
DELIGHT
We will confirm if there have been any updates or changes 14 days before the party date and also confirm set up arrival time 48 hours prior to the party date.
On the day (or eve) of your party, we will set up all the details of the design and make sure everything is in place before your guests arrive.
Once the set up is complete and you are satisfied with the experience, we leave you to enjoy your party.
When the party is over, we will return to the party location to take the décor down and gather up the items so you don’t have to!
